Healthy Oats

Start your day with a healthy breakfast, that doesn't take time to prepare or eat! But surely packs a load of goodness to help you gear up for the day's business!

Oats are naturally high in fibre, may help reduce cholesterol and low in sodium. It contains beta glucan, a natural dietary fibre that helps keep you fuller for longer🙂. Additionally fruits and milk comes with their own nutritional benefits with various vitamins and minerals.

Organic Oats with Berries


3tbsp Oats, I've used organic wholegrain rolled oats.

1and 1/2 cup semi-skimmed milk

Handful of blueberries and strawberries

Honey as per your taste.


Cook oats as per instructions on the packet. I have cooked it with milk for 3 minutes in the microwave oven, stirring between each minute. Serve it in a bowl add blueberries and slices of strawberries, drizzle with honey and enjoy😋🙂

Hints & Tips:

You may use skimmed milk or any other plant based milk such as soy, almond or even oats milk.

You may also add a mixed nuts, I generally get a mix of almonds, walnuts, pecan, macadamia.

Add a bit of chia seeds to make it even more nutritious 😍
