Chia Seed, Honey and Fruit Pudding

Being a working mother has it's own challenges, specially those Monday mornings after a lazy Sunday. You have to fine tune yourself again for a week. And being health conscious, you don't want to neglect your health too. So, I am always on the lookout for easy to prepare recipes for my eat and gulp breakfast time.

One such is a recipe, I got from one of my young student who herself being a busy research scholar, is a source of easy bachelor's recipes.

It's a easy to prepare, infact pre-prepare 'Chia seed, honey and fruit pudding' with added flavour and health benefits of cinnamon.



3tbsp chia seeds

1cup milk

1tsp honey

1/4tsp cinnamon powder

sliced fruits such as bananas, mango according to seasonal availability.


Add chia seeds to the milk. Stir it well. Add 1 tsp honey, 1/4th tsp cinnamon powder. Mix well. Add slices of a banana or mango and refrigerate overnight. And my healthy pudding for a hectic Monday morning is done!! I had some dehydrated fruit pieces of kiwi, plum etc which I added before eating😍
